These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, digital resources, products, educational materials, and services made available by Kat Compliance Group LLC (“KCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the KCG Compliance Vault^TM and other offerings made available through our website. By accessing or using our website or purchasing or using a KCG offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase or use our offerings.

About KCG

Kat Compliance Group LLC is a New York limited liability company that provides business formation and compliance-related services, educational resources, digital products, and related support. Specific services may be subject to additional terms, proposals, invoices, or service agreements. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed written service agreement, the service agreement will control for the services covered by that agreement.

Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website or purchase our offerings. If you use KCG on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Website Use

You may use the website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

KCG Services

KCG offers a range of business formation, compliance, tax-support, bookkeeping-related, educational, and other business services. The exact scope, deliverables, fees, timing, and responsibilities applicable to a particular engagement may be stated in a proposal, invoice, order, statement of work, or separate service agreement.

Purchasing a KCG service does not guarantee any particular business, tax, licensing, registration, filing, approval, financial result, or other outcome. Government agencies and other third parties control their own processing, requirements, decisions, and timelines.

KCG Compliance Vault

The KCG Compliance Vault^TM is a digital resource library made available under the access plan selected at checkout. Available plans, pricing, features, and included resources may change from time to time.

Vault access is granted to the purchasing customer or authorized business account holder and is intended for the customer's internal business use. Unless KCG expressly permits otherwise in writing, you may not share login credentials, resell access, sublicense access, redistribute Vault resources, or make Vault materials available to the public.

KCG may add, remove, revise, replace, or reorganize Vault resources from time to time. We do not guarantee that any particular resource will remain available indefinitely.

Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

Certain KCG offerings, including applicable Compliance Vault plans, may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize KCG and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the stated recurring interval until the subscription is canceled or otherwise terminated.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, access may be restricted or suspended until the outstanding amount is resolved. KCG may use its payment processor's available billing and retry processes for failed payments.

You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation method made available by KCG or the applicable checkout/account interface. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically reverse charges already incurred. Any refunds are governed by the applicable refund or cancellation policy presented at purchase or otherwise communicated by KCG.

Pricing, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are presented at the time of purchase and may change prospectively. Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where required. Promotional codes or discounts may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, redemption limits, or other restrictions stated with the promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional discounts do not have cash value and may not be combined with other offers.

Payments and Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. KCG does not receive or store your full payment-card number when payment processing is handled by the applicable payment provider. Your use of a third-party payment provider may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Digital Products and Downloads

Digital products, templates, handbooks, planners, documents, and other downloadable or electronically delivered materials are licensed for the purchaser's permitted use and are not sold with an unrestricted right to reproduce or redistribute them. Unless a product-specific license says otherwise, you may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload, or distribute KCG digital materials to third parties.

Intellectual Property

The website and its contents, including KCG names, logos, branding, text, graphics, templates, documents, educational materials, designs, compilations, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to KCG and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no ownership or other intellectual property rights are transferred to you by your use of the website or purchase of a KCG offering.

User-Submitted Information

If you submit information, materials, questions, feedback, or other content to KCG, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that doing so does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person. You should not submit passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive information through an unsecured form unless KCG specifically requests it through an appropriate secure process.

These Terms, together with any applicable policies, checkout terms, order terms, and separate written service agreements, constitute the agreement between you and KCG concerning the subject matter addressed by those documents, subject to any controlling terms expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
